Add an email address and phone number to your account

Tenants can add a correspondence email address and phone number to their Tenant Portal account.

By adding your email address to your account, you will receive all future rental bond correspondence (including receipts and Bond Refund Notices) to this email.

Note that this does not change the email address you use to sign in to your ACT Digital Account.

For instructions go to the tenant user guide on how to add or update your contact details in the Tenant Portal 1.2 MB.

You can opt out of email correspondence at any time by submitting a Change of rental bonds contact details form.

Use your ACT Digital Account to change your name

Tenants who need to change their name must make the update in their ACT Digital Account. The change will then automatically appear in the Tenant Portal and on your rental bond records.

To update your name go to your ACT Digital Account.

Updates to the Section 33 Notice for bond refund disbursements

A Section 33 Notice will be sent out when acceptance or dispute to the rental bond refund disbursement is required.

If a Section 33 Notice is reissued, all relevant parties will receive the notice. The notice will also include the revised expiry date for acceptance or dispute of the refund disbursement.
