The apprentices and trainee payment ended on 30 June 2026.
You can no longer apply for this payment. Applications for this payment closed on 21 June 2026.
The ACT Government will continue to support ACT apprentices and trainees with cost of living
across 2025-26.
Eligible apprentices and trainees will receive a $250 payment. First-year apprentices and trainees will receive an additional $250 to help you cover the cost of tools and equipment.

4 weeks of applying.
