Rental bonds tenant service: Offline option

If you are unable or would prefer not to use our online services:

• You can respond to a refund request by downloading and completing a Bond Refund Form.
• Please send the completed and signed form to rb@act.gov.au.
• Please note, once we receive the form, it will take a minimum of 14 days for a valid bond refund form to be processed.
• If you would like to get your bond refund faster, you can sign up for an online account.
• To sign up for an online account, please click on the link in the SMS or email notification we sent you.
