Lease Variation Charge (LVC) reductions for social and affordable rental developments

From February 2026, Community Housing Providers (CHP) or developers looking to provide affordable rental housing may be eligible for a LVC reduction for social or affordable dwellings included in a development.

LVC reductions are administered by the City and Environment Directorate.
