Lease Variation Charge (LVC)

LVC is administered under delegation from the Commissioner for ACT Revenue by the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (except for deferrals) – see details at  www.planning.act.gov.au/leasing-and-titles/varying-crown-leases/lease-variation-charge.
