Rental Bonds Portal Information

Agencies raising a new bond in the Rental Bonds Portal must provide the following information:

• Names and addresses of the lessor and tenant.
• Address of the rented residential premises.
• Rent payable under the tenancy agreement.
• The amount of bond being deposited.

This is a legislative requirement under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
