Check your property valuation online
Your property valuation is a new online service that provides information about your property’s latest annual valuation.
What you can do
Property owners can use this service to:
- see your property’s unimproved value (excluding units)
- see sales information used to value your residential land (excluding units)
- ask for more information about how we valued your commercial or rural land (timeframes apply).
Lodging an objection
If you think your unimproved value is incorrect, you can now use this service to lodge an objection.
You must lodge your objection within the required time frame.

Information for individual unit owners and owner’s corporations
Individual unit properties are not valued separately to the entire property. We will send a valuation notice for the entire property to the owner's corporation. If you own a unit you will need to contact your owner’s corporation for more information.
Owner's corporation can use the service to lodge an objection to a valuation on behalf of all unit owners.
