Direct Debit

You can pay Rates, Land Tax, Land Rent and Deferred Duty by using direct debit, this is a free service where by payments are automatically deducted from a specified bank account.  Payments can be automatically calculated if your account is up to date with no arrears.

If your account is in arrears you must nominate the payment amount. Deferred Duty accounts payable by direct debit must also have a nominated payment amount.

Payment frequency options are as follows:

WeeklyEvery Thursday
Fortnight AThursday Public Service Pay week
Fortnight B Thursday Non Public Service Pay week
Monthly15th day of the month
Quarterly (Rates, Land Tax and Land Rent) On the date due
Annually (Rates and Land Rent) On the date due
