Change your notice delivery preferences
When to use this form
Use this form to change your notice delivery preferences for the following property charges:
Notices include:
- assessment notices
- instalment notices
- arrears notices
- valuation notices.
By using this form, you can:
- receive your notices by email or post
- change your email address if you receive notices by email
- change your postal address if you receive notices by post.
You do not need to complete the form separately for rates, land tax, land rent and other property charges, as your property accounts are linked. The notice delivery preference you choose will apply to all notices for property charges.
You cannot choose different delivery preferences for separate property charges.
Information you need to complete the form
You will need to provide:
- the account number for the property
- the property’s suburb, section, block and unit (SSBU)
- details of the property owner/s.
The property details can be found on your notices for property charges or your lease transfer notification. If you do not have this information, contact us.
If you are acting as a personal representative of the owner, you will need an authorisation document such as a letter of authority, will, probate or ASIC document.
