You can pay Land Rent, Rates, Land Tax, and Deferred Duty by using direct debit, this is a free service where by payments are automatically deducted from a specified bank account. Payments can be automatically calculated if your account is up to date with no arrears.
If your account is in arrears you must nominate the payment amount. Deferred Duty accounts payable by direct debit must also have a nominated payment amount.
