Eligible impacted properties: Loose-fill asbestos buyback concession scheme

If you’re eligible and you surrender your property under the voluntary Asbestos Eligible Impacted Properties Buyback Concession Scheme, you’re entitled to a duty concession when you buy another home in the ACT. The maximum value of the concession will be equal to the amount of duty that would have been payable on the purchase of the eligible impacted property.
