Tenant bond lodgement form

It is a requirement under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 that all residential bonds are to be lodged with Rental Bonds. Lessors are required to lodge a rental bond within two weeks of the receipt of the bond. Payment details will be provided by the Rental Bonds team once the bond has been processed.
Bond refunds will be divided equally between the tenants listed on this form submission once a Bond refund form is submitted.

Please be advised, that the ACT Rental Bonds Office cannot accept forms where multiple tenants provide duplicate email addresses.

Information may also be disclosed to the Commissioner of Social Housing where a Housing ACT bond loan exists over the bond under the Housing Assistance Act 2007. De-identified information is regularly released to the Real Estate Institute of Australia for research and statistical purposes.
