ACT payroll tax waiver

As part of the ACT Government survival package the ACT Government is waiving payroll tax payments that are due to be paid for six months from April to September 2020, for employers operating in the categories that have been announced as prohibited business activity in the ACT.

Please complete this form to apply for a payroll tax waiver. All fields marked ( * ) are mandatory.

By completing this waiver application you are required to continue to lodge your returns by their respective due dates, however do not make payment.
