Notifiable instruments

Notifiable instruments are legislative instruments declared by an authorising law to be notifiable. Some are relevant to the ACT Revenue Office's administration of tax laws. Notifiable instruments are made because of specific requirements of some ACT laws.

The following table provides information and links (listed newest to oldest) to current notifiable instruments relevant to the ACT Revenue Office.
