Please use this online form to change your rates postal address. This change of address will be used for rates, land tax, land rent and/or the city centre marketing and improvements levy notices. To use this form you must be the owner or the owner's agent. You should allow at least 14 days from the date of notification for any changes to take effect.
This form should not be used for notification of a change of property ownership. Use the forms from the Land Titles Office (external link).
You are required to notify the Commissioner for ACT Revenue in writing if your circumstances change (e.g. renting your residential property) and this makes you liable for land tax. To notify of a land tax liability you may use the forms at land tax.
